  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time) from Monday to Saturday are processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on Sundays or public holidays, are processed on the next business day.

  • Processing time: 1-2 business day.

Transit Time

  • Once processed, orders are delivered within 2 to 4 business days.

  • Deliveries take place Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

You can expect to receive your order within 3 to 6 business days from the time you place your order.

 Shipping Costs

  • Standard delivery is free for all UK orders — no minimum spend required.

  • All orders are shipped via tracked delivery.

  • A tracking number will be provided by email once your order is dispatched.
